It's seeking a Senior Associate, as the firm looks at wholesale expansion of its Commercial Insurance team and you will be in the vanguard in this exciting phase of its development.
You should have experience of general Commercial Insurance work and be an expert in handling a varied caseload of Commercial Insurance matters.

Role Responsibilities
- Handle insurance claims, specifically legal expenses and liability insurance claims
- Manage a caseload, including reserve recommendations and strategy development
- Achieve billing and performance targets
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships, both internal and external
- Supervise paralegals on select cases and delegate tasks to junior colleagues when necessary
- Provide legal advice for businesses and individuals in insured and uninsured contexts
- Address insurance policy coverage issues as required
Requirements
- Qualified solicitor working in the insurance field
- Proficiency in client management and practice development
- It is preferred that you have a business following or business development experience
- Ability to attract new business to the department
- Knowledge of legal-insurance relationships
- Strong attention to detail and accurate case management
- It is hoped you will be between 5-10yrs PQE, the salary for the role is competitive with full, extensive benefits
